Art is basic. At Crafty Colors, your kids will be introduced to a variety of art forms and fun crafts which will help them in the following ways.
Each week, your kid will come home proudly with a finished project and the knowledge to do similar stuff. The finished projects of all the kids in the class, will be uploaded in this blog every week.
The students are expected to bring a kid safe scissor (marked as 4+) to the class and all the remaining materials needed for the projects will be provided in the class.
- Their fine motor skills improve as they manipulate a paintbrush.
- They learn the basics of math by counting pieces and colors.
- When children experiment with materials, they dabble in science.
- Most important perhaps, when kids feel good while they are creating, art helps boost self-confidence.
- Children who feel able to experiment and to make mistakes feel free to invent new ways of thinking, which extends well beyond the craft room.
